Every once in a rare while warren pulls his head out of his ass to take a breath. His ability to go without air for so long lends to his retardation but is also somewhat impressive.
When this happens just enough oxygen is passes to his two lonely brain cells for one to begin dry humping the other. This friction can sometimes lend itself to a rare rational thought from this, the most irrational of dumbasses.

Not sure where I stand on shutting down USAID. They do some good with humanitarian aid, I suppose, but they also serve as an arm of the American Empire and therein lies the problem. Scaling back the empire is good for America and the world.
