Obama essentially said America was not exceptional by saying other people from other countries can think their country is exceptional too. So, he pretty much said America was no more exceptional than any other country and those countries agreed.

Birthright citizenship didn't exist for the first 110 years of the amendment. It was only the 1950's that this idea cane to fruition or was adopted . The idea that if you are pregnant and somehow sneak into our country and or invade the United States while your bastard pops out, then they are an Amwrican Citizen.
It's insane . For the first 90 years no one on the entire Countrt proposed this

He cannot do that since it is in the Constitution.
As much as he wants to be a dictator he is still a president and no president has any power to change the Constitution on a whim.
I know he doesn't think it exists since he ignores it even though the lying hypocrite took an oath to swear to uphold it.
I guess he thought he could get away with it since he did not put his hand on the bible when he took that oath during his inauguration. -
