My experience of communism tells me the fight isn't over. They've just retreated to regroup. However, this failure can be used by right-minded, rational thinkers everywhere to call out and halt their next attempt before it can gather momentum.

It's not crazy when you remember Marxism doesn't fair well in a discussion where facts are present. Censorship is only ever used to suppress the truth. That's why the right love free speech.

Oh, look, the little baby who flees the scene when facts are the table is doing some projecting! How adorable. -

If you want to have a chat with me, stop pretending the Chinese Communist Party isn't communist.
Your idea of communism as some of sort of national commune is infantile.

Let me guess–you think the Democratic People's Republic of North Korea is a democracy. I mean, it's in their title!
Your idea of communism as some of sort of national commune is infantile.
Yeah, paying attention to what Marx actually wrote would seem infantile and strange to deluded nutcases who have no interest in objective reality. -

what Marx actually wrote
Yes, it's infantile nonsense, that took no notice of reality.
Communism requires authoritarianism. Once you have authoritarianism, you have abuse of power. When you have abuse of power, it's not communism anymore. Do the math. Communism is impossible to put into practice.
Now be gone. You're stupid and you're boring.

If people are free to choose capitalism, they choose capitalism. Therefore, communism cannot allow elections, cannot allow advocates of democracy, and cannot allow critics of communism.
Now **** off. Please.

When people are free to be in charge of their own workplace and share in profits, they choose to be in charge of their own workplace and share in profits.
(And by the way, Ho Chi Minh was going to win the general election to rule all of Vietnam. But Capitalists don't want real democracy, so they put a stop to that.)
Now **** off. Please. -

Really? You know he's an idiot though, right?
People in the West have been free to choose communism for decades. But they haven't.

I won't have an opinion either way until you offer reliable evidence to back up the assertion, which from past history is unlikely to be forthcoming.
I mean, what counts as a genuine as opposed to a real "puppet", and how, materially, does it make a difference? Do these thoughts even enter your thinking process?
