Farmers' Carry

One of my favorites. I like to use the farmers and sand bag carries (bear hugs and fireman carries)
I don’t do these at a track. He says 5 fundamental movements but what about sprinting? I used to do these 400 yard monster sprints, the length of one lap of a race track. Made me want to puke but gets you in amazing shape

Sprinting is good. I think of HIIT training.
I do laps with farmers walks. No sandbag carries for me, or rucksack carries. I used to do the rucksack carries on the stair mill.
