Pre-emptive pardons?

I know that some Democrats are not happy with this and even Biden pardoning his son has caused some upset within the party. I am certain that Biden isn't through doling out his pardons, but the idea of him doling out pre-emptive pardons just seals the deals as far as I see it when it comes to confirming everything that the Republicans, and especially Trump, have been saying about the Bidens and anyone associated with them all along. They're getting ahead of it. If they did nothing wrong, no need to "get ahead" of anything.

It’s a thing and it’s legal. Weird, but legal.
The most famous case of a preemptive pardon was in 1974 when President Gerald Ford granted his predecessor Richard Nixon a "full, free and absolute pardon" over the Watergate scandal.
Ford reasoned that any trial of Nixon would "cause prolonged and divisive debate over the propriety of exposing to further punishment and degradation a man who has already paid the unprecedented penalty of relinquishing the highest elective office of the United States."
In 1992, outgoing President George H.W. Bush pardoned former Defense Secretary Caspar Weinberger before he was brought to trial over the Iran-Contra affair.
Abraham Lincoln issued preemptive pardons in the Civil War and Jimmy Carter also preemptively pardoned Vietnam draft-dodgers in 1977. -

He literally just gave his son a preemptive pardon covering the entire last decade for any federal crimes he may have committed, even ones yet to be uncovered.

I dunno, but I believe they're unconstitutional. And it does show how
corrupt and evil
the DemocRATS are. And they think Trump is going to do to them what they did to him, but he won't.
And this is worse than the Nixon pardon, WAY worse. The DemocRATS don't give a **** about the rule of law. They only obey laws they agree with.

It demonstrates the total evil corruption of the DemocRAT Party. They're only interested in POWER, and they will do ANYTHING to obtain or maintain it:
lie, cheat, steal, smear, kill, ANYTHING!

The Nixon Pardon was for
one man
. The DemocRATS want to pardon
dozens
if not
hundreds
of people. This demonstrates that they know how much
crime they have committed.
It's also a
gross abuse
of presidential power.
They also think Trump will do to them what they did to him. And he will NOT.

I'm not a constitutional lawyer
(and neither are you)
, so I can't say for sure. At bare minimum it's
a gross misuse
of the pardon power. But then DemocRATS are always
abusing their power.
They only obey laws which they agree with.
