Dogs being goobers

My cat (Sparky) used to do that with my mother's German Shephard who was a trained guard dog. He'd sit there with his mouth open as Sparky would scratch his ears on the dog's fangs, and the dog just looked on helplessly as if to say, "what do I do now?!" It was the craziest thing!
