It will be Biden's last visit to Germany as the US President.

Ukraine should surrender or work out a peace agreement to save lives of their civilians.
Just let Russia keep what they have taken which is barely anything of the country and promise not to join NATO.
The more they keep up the fighting the more civilians will be killed.
