    Where's the love?
Trump Throws JD Vance Under the Bus on Abortion During Presidential Debate
Donald Trump tried to distance himself from JD Vance’s claim that the former president would veto a federal abortion ban—saying he hadn’t spoken with Vance about the issue and that his running mate wasn’t speaking for him at the time.
“Well, I didn’t discuss it with JD, in all fairness,” Trump said about his running mate’s assertion. “And I don’t mind if he has a certain view, but I don’t think he was speaking for me.”
Vance, on Aug. 25, told NBC News that the GOP presidential nominee “explicitly” told him that he would veto a federal abortion ban.
Trump, who refused to provide a clear answer as to his stance on federal abortion legislation, attempted to pivot the conversation by telling moderators, “Look, we don’t have to discuss it” before claiming the vice president would “never be able” to restore the protections of Roe v Wade.
“They couldn’t get student loans. They didn’t even come close to getting student loans they taunted young people and a lot of other people that had loans they can never get this approved. So it doesn’t matter,” he continued.
The former president’s meandering rant on abortion rights also included multiple false claims about legal after-birth abortions and “executing babies,” prompting ABC’s Linsey Davis to fact check Trump live.
“There is no state in this country where it is legal to kill the baby after it’s born,” the anchor interjected.

Trump doesn't throw JD Vance under the bus.
I watched an interview where JD Vance said he didn't think Trump would pass an abortion ban.
In the end, this is just another liberal game, because it is unikely that an abortion ban bill would ever make it through both houses anyways.

He was a little bit that one time, but mostly he is like a dagger to them.

The whole country hopes which is why Trump will lose. Vance has lower approval ratings than even Sarah Palin had. No one wants that lunatic anywhere near the White House.

I think you are deluding yourself. A lot of the country wouldn't want Tim Walz as VP.

Speaking on behalf of "a lot of the country" is rather delusional.

Not really. I was merely using the data that a lot of the country does not support the Harris/Walz ticket. 💡

                        Referencing non-existing data, also delusional.

I was using existing polling data.

Some people don't like Walz like the weirdos out there but way more people like him than Vance. Walz's approval rating is much higher and in positive territory. Vance's approval rating is in negative territory and the lowest of any VP choice in as long as they have been tracking it. If you think Vance was a good choice then you are the one deluding yourself.

Walz does seem to be somewhat higher on the approval rating, but in the end the VP is determined by which president wins.
