I was scratched by a cat two years ago and just today I started having a sore throat and really bad malaise in general which can be rabies prodrome symptoms. Also, my legs have been really itchy and have bumps kinda similar to bug bites, what if I was bit by a bat without realising?

Cat scratch fever, also known as cat scratch disease (CSD), is a bacterial infection that's usually spread by a cat scratch or bite. Symptoms include: A non-painful bump or blister at the site of the injury, Painful and swollen lymph nodes, Fever, Tiredness, and Headache.
Most healthy people don't develop symptoms, and those with a mild infection usually get better without treatment. In the meantime, you can take over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medicine like ibuprofen or naproxen to ease swelling and pain. A hot compress can also help.
