Canβt speak on depression, but I think anxiety is just misplaced fear after we stopped getting attacked by lions and ended up getting attacked by Lisa from HR

I am the same over medical tests, it just seems to be never ending when you get older. This year I've had the joy of being "invited" for bowel cancer screening
and had several blood tests. I just want to shout leave me alone!
