For the record I had baby potatoes last evening before bed with a chilli I had made up.
Not bad but not as good as I'd hoped. First time using an airfryer for the experience and there's some tinkering to do for the next time

Yes. I eat the skin of the big ones too, and I don't have any butter on them. I think it tastes nice. My mum used to call it roughage.
