They can have a slew of people and two bomb detecting canine units follow her onto every flight she takes but they can't put a couple of spotters onto a slightly slanting roof while a past president and future potential president, on their campaign tour, is speaking openly in an area that requires a little bit more than if they were speaking in a convention centre
