      I’ve actually wondered the same thing. The whole diet is basically carbs with tomato sauce and cheese.

        My body doesn't like cheese, but my taste buds do. I'm lactose intolerant but still drink milk and sometimes I eat cheese and pizza. My favorite cheese is mild cheddar or pepper jack cheese.
