From what I understand, this is a battle that is still being fought in court. It's absolutely crazy. Lawyers don't want to touch the issue for fear of losing their reputation, their job, their history over being labeled as "transphobic" because today, that's a death sentence.
We the people need to stand up to these idiots and not let this very small percentage of people run the country, running around making demands that are getting their way and turning their grievances into laws that are being enforced.

By, "battle in court," I take it you mean about allowing men trannies into women's sports and not the injury that loser douche bag did to that girl?
It is not transphobic and it shouldn't even be thought of it to say, "No" to allowing men into women's sports.
It is common sense is what it is.
The same goes for parents and "doctors," being allowed to manipulate kids to change genders though that may be an argument for another time and place.
