I'm subscribed to their streaming service which includes unlimited cloud storage. Every single Olympic event so far has been recorded and ready to replay I've noticed on my firestick. Incredible!

^^THIS^^
I
juuuust
saw it,
juuuust
now, and that's the conclusion I drew as well! I thought I was just imagining the similarity, but yeah, it was totally intentional. Yikes. What a hot mess that was. Who signed off on this **** show? I didn't remember Jesus being so…..greasy & shiny.

Jesus loved the Arab strap (Before there was such a thing as Islam) and gays are just nice people and not at all catty folk (HOW DARE YOU!) and Paris is just the Venice of the North Lilith
Did I flex my gay Christian geography knowledge enough?

Yeah…the sharp tacks at LaLaville forgot that Jesus is a prophet in Islam and so they've just about riled up half of Paris to make sure that the empty grave in Mecca waiting for Jesus to return will have many more souls to save prior to that occurring.
He's far from
THE PROPHET (PBUH)
but he's certainly up there above regular folk in their estimates of how to be respectful to the Word of God
But wasn't that a bold move by those primary school teachers who just want to teach how much fun being an adult who is different is to young minds with nothing in them?

I'm just being respectful Lilith, unlike the opening ceremony arrangers.
Watch how this unfurls as "Je Suis Charlie" is somehow put back on those who give a monkey's about basic civility and decorum and not those trying to set the place on fire.
God, I do love art - particularly as someone without faith

Okay, what the actual hell is up with that "opening ceremony" anyway? That looked like an attempt by drag queens and the like to mock Jesus and the Last Supper, and some freaky Sodom & Gomorrah type of stuff on an acid trip. What exactly does any of that have to do with athletics and the Olympics?
Wow. Just…wow!

They always have weird and wacky performance "art" at the opening and closing ceremonies that have nothing to do with the Olympics at all.
I dunno.
I am pretty sure before they started doing this country culture **** they just marched the athletes in and out before and after the games and maybe had a couple of marching bands or an orchestra or something.
Which is what I would not mind if that is all it was.
Keep it simple.
Less is more.
Ya know?

That's what I remember as well. It was simply the athletes marching out in a bit of a parade fashion and none of these antics.
I wouldn't mind watching something like this if that's what I was going to see; some type of art exhibition or fancy-dress show. I just do not understand what this could possibly have to do with the Olympics.

I missed that part since I had to step away near the beginning of the ceremony, but I found a couple clips. Isn't the person in the middle a woman and not a drag queen?
In case anyone else missed it:
Another clip with a blue guy:

Yes, I do believe that the person in the middle is a woman and not a drag queen. I believe she is meant to represent Jesus in this representation of the Last Supper. As I said, I just don't remember Jesus ever appearing so greasy and shiny!
