because dental insurance coverage is worse than healthcare coverage here. it's really bad. and they don't teach poor kids how to take care of themselves in school so if their parents don't teach them proper dental hygiene as a child, then you end up with ****ed up teeth.

Brits are nearly as fat as Americans though. USAs numbers are only higher because we have more black and hispanic women, who are the most obese demographic.
