I know how you feel. My depression was bad yesterday also. I felt like my life wasn't worth living. I felt like a horrible human being. I silently cried at my desk while at work yesterday.
I haven't taken my depression pills in over a week either.
But I'm like, why bother taking the pills? My life sucks. It would still suck. -

Yes the side effect is they make me very drowsy especially when combied with other meds that cause drowsiness. That's why I hadn't taken them. I have to go to work.
The drowsiness makes me feel like I am sleep walking if I have to function while on them.
It takes about 9 hours for the drowsiness to subside. -
