Which just further shows how they meant to murder him.
Anyone of them during the beatdown would have seen he did not have a gun in his hands or ever even tried to get it out.
The dumb asshole that took it from him does not know how to handle a fire arm?
How could he not know to pull the trigger?
I never want to handle a live fire arm but if I did even I would know not to put my hand anywhere near the trigger if I was not going to fire it which there is no way it should have been.
And planting those mags on him?
Cheeky, this is starting to look like a set up to me.
Perhaps to end a protester from damaging any more tail lights?
If they knew who he was from that and knew he had a gun, they may have even had the right clips for that gun that we see them planting.
(Unless those are the wrong clips and they just lied about it.)
