No, what they did was say "blue state cities" and "red state cities," it's a word game to manipulate the data and push a narrative and blame it on Republicans when in fact, regardless of the state color, the vast majority of these cities are blue.

Again, I'm not disagreeing with the data, I'm pointing out the manipulation to push a narrative, and again, this whole thread was about most gun violence happening in blue areas, broadening it out to a state level doesn't automatically make a heavy blue city red just because it's in a red state.

I think the disconnect we're having here is you believe I'm claiming the data that study presented is false, which is not what I'm doing. I don't know if it's true or false, I certainly didn't suggest it was false, I'm pointing out the fake narrative that was spun and the word games they're playing.

Absolutely, 100%. That's why I don't throw a bunch of insults at you like I do that dishonest, lying /. account, they are useless. You and I agree on a bit and we also disagree on quite a bit, but we tend to have reasonable discussions, even if we don't come to some middle ground.

To have a kind discussion.
What is it that you think makes America so violent with all the guns we have?
Other countries have a lot of guns and their murder rates are way down compared to ours.
Why is our psychology different to where one will react in a violent way when getting angry instead of resolving the difference in a calm, rational and understanding way?
(I'm asking about domestic issues to where a gun owner either solves a fight with a gun or shooting first to not ask questions later on an innocent trespasser.
I'll do a follow up with criminals next.)

Multiple different reasons, lack of morals and values, lack of respect for human life. Most of the violent crimes take place in lower class, poor areas, the biggest indicator of poverty is single motherhood. I'd be willing to bet if single motherhood rates drop violent crime rates would follow.
