Your picture didn't mention states, it mentioned blue and red areas, he had to broaden it out by state so he can pretend to prove you wrong, then you look at cities like Jackson MS, Cheyenne WY, or New Orleans/Baton Rouge LA, all run by Democrats in those states, he doesn't want you to look at that, though, he's hoping he can broaden out the area and call it all red.
