Only ones who can tell for sure are those who examine them and give a psych evaluation.
While I can't stand Big Pharma and agree that they are drug pushers onto an unsuspecting public to increase their bank accounts, I dunno how much the over drugging of kids plays a part in their extreme violence.
You have to look at the medical history of each mass shooter to determine that and AFAIK I have yet to hear of any on any drugs legal or not.

And you're once again relying on an authority figure to tell you what to think. If a man thinks he's a woman there's certainly some mental health issue there. That's just basic common sense.

But at a time when we're seeing military takeovers of U.S. cities, law enforcement either participating in acts of murder and violence or standing by while they happen (77 minute response time in Uvalde, Texas), far-right extremists stockpiling weapons and, most importantly,

I have such a strong hatred and prejudice of guns that you nor anyone else will ever convince me they ever did any good since they never did.
More guns out there will just keep up all the violence.
The solution is to not buy them until they can be outlawed.
If you want the violence to continue then keep buying guns and ammo which keeps up the supply and demand so that criminals can keep using them.
Adding more guns to stop them is like fighting a fire with gas.
We tried it this way and it doesn't work.
