Just eat sensibly and smaller portions. Be realistic with goals, no sugar or bread is very difficult and will make you give up. Drink a full glass of water before you eat any meal. Eat fruit, veggies, nuts etc to snack. Eat slow and give your body time to register you are full.

My sister just went on an intense diet for a couple health issues. She is eating toast with avocado and cracked pepper. She is using the nut and seed breads. That type of bread is very good for you. White bread is barely above plastic. LOL

This is so weird but I was texting with a friend and showed him the painting and he replied with a photo of his mug that he's currently drinking coffee out of.
Someone gave it to him for his birthday. How wild.

She has a contract with a company that makes calendars, puzzles, mugs and maybe other things. Apparently, she only gets 10% of sales? Sounds ****ty, but they're the ones producing the items, so? Sounds so low though.
