How long was she in the cage before you let her out? You said you were going to keep her in there permanently after the other 2 escaped. If she was in there too long she may feel that it's a prison and doesn't want to go back to be locked up for days again. Could this be relevant?

Umm she's been in there for like, a week and a half. Maybe more. I've opened that cage on days that i wasn't going anywhere. She wouldn't leave it. -

Oh no she is chirping and bobbing her head. She sings. She's cleaning her feathers.
It's just that she doesn't want to be in that cage for some reason. I guess she was tired of it.
I let her out because she was flying around inside the cage making noises. So i assumed that meant she was feeling cooped up. I didn't want her to break a wing against the bars of the cage so i let her out. -

Ok. So there's nothing wrong with her except she's tired of being in prison? That's good news and easily fixed if you just let her tell you by body language what she wants and needs. I hope she settles down soon.

Well it's not really a prison. It is her habitat.
And she is fine. I came home, opened the door just a little to peak at where she was. I saw that she was still in the exact spot that I left her. I told her to stay there, and quickly entered and closed the door behind me as fast as I could.
I made a video for you just now. She's okay.
