I weighed myself earlier. Shockingly 19st 5 1/4lbs. I had a chinese last night and for lunch I had 4 rounds of tuna melt and breakfast I had a bowl of porridge. Day before I had porridge, a pizza, a bag of hunky dories and a fry I think.

Did you kill any of the highway of tears victims kirk. You live close to highway 16 and a few of them were killed when you were 6 too. So you'd be like Gary Ridgways son and the way you treat women. I wouldnt put it past you to be the killer!

Weed is legal in many countries across the world Slash dot. Second hand smoke is a great reason for having trace amounts in your system.
Just make sure that the dosage goes down when you are in countries where they can kill you for it

I get the checkup signed and I'm good to go. Occasionally there will be a blood test when I arrive but that's mostly for STDs and isn't something I worry about.
