Why did musk change Twitter to X?

With all the non-binary nonsense, gender mutilation and lack of sex we're quickly heading in that direction. All that remains is for the emergence of biotech to mutate us into sexless cybernetics. I do wonder where the depiction of the grey extraterrestrial with a giant head and slender limbs originated. I'm surprised we don't resemble that already with how much time we spend sitting and ordering everything we need online.
What's really happening is these UAPs are the last remnants of a dead spacefaring civilization. They seek to replicate themselves and need resources to do so. They find a system harboring life and lie in wait in the skies until that species progresses to the creation of AI, at which point they assimilate with it, eradicate the creators and begin producing more of themselves. To us it's simply the Terminator storyline come to life; AI was destined to turn against us, never the wiser there had been interference from a malicious outside force.

Tweets are now posts. In the same app update that wiped out the bird logo, the company swapped its classic blue “tweet” button for one that says “post.” Some users have proposed other names for posts. One suggestion has been “xeets” (pronounced zeets), an X-themed play on tweets.

Because Twitter is worthless. It may be a big brand name but it is a brand that makes no money and that Musk spent $43 billion for. He needs to make his money back and there is no chance of doing so with the current Twitter model. The only value Twitter has is its large userbase and Musk's only hope is to leverage this userbase and have them populate a new platform that, unlike Twitter, can actually make him money. That is what X is. It is intended to be an all-in-one internet app like WeChat in China, which makes billions. Pulling this off will be very difficult, but if he does so then he will basically run the entire internet at that point. If he fails then all that happens is Twitter is harmed, which only costs him money to run anyway, so he doesn't care if that goes down.
