I wouldn't say it was severe but I definitely struggle sometimes and I think living in a foreign country has made everything a lot more scary for me.

Me too. I even had pain in my side yesterday which I thought was likely to be pancreatic cancer until I looked up where the pancreas is and it's most probably not actually that after all

Funnily enough my own health doesn't really worry me much anymore. I came to the conclusion that hypochondria is pretty irrational anyway, but even with that, i'd be more worried about other peoples reaction to my ill health.
