Depending on where you buy it. I'd shop around for best price. Roughly 1250 calories per meal. Roughly $12 or $13 per meal. Each box contains 12 meals. There are 2 types of box so 24 meal types total. Then there are also other nations MREs. I tried an Israeli MRE once with lamb and lentils. Delicious. I am told that the French have the tastiest MREs.
