Hypochondria.
I have longterm health issues from Covid, but they're in check with meds. That's another thing that puts me in a good mood especially since before last month, I was putting off going back to the doctor, but everything is good as far as blood pressure and pumping of the heart go.

I had a genuine cancer scare last year, but tested negative, so I know and understand the relief. Unfortunately, I live in the country with the worst health care system known to humankind, so I was out thousands of dollars to get the good news.
