Had a quick look on social media and you'd think they'd just ruled than blacks and Hispanics can't ever receive higher education. The Guardian reckons the primary goal was a drive to return higher education to the control of a white privileged class. Tell that to the Asians.

That was not ALL about anything. It was bits a fragments of like 10 different topics all with strongly racist overtones. It made zero sense and sounded like the ramblings of someone with severe brain damage.
