It only showed when I looked through my camera, not in real life. It was green like this video. I lived here age 9, 10, and 11, 1995-1998. I can't see it well on my new cheap kind of laptop I know, but it's like in the middle in the top half. It's wiggling and coming down. So, this is Northeastern Florida, under the big city of Northeastern Florida. Florida and especially this city are Spanish, I think.
