Same. With whole fruit, you get the fibre as well which slows down the sugar absorption. Plus, the time it takes to eat fruit means you're only eating 1/2 - 1 piece of fruit. When someone drinks a glass of fruit, they're consuming several pieces of fruit without the fibre. That's a total sugar dump into your system. Very unhealthy.

I don't drink juice. I eat the whole fruit.

I've heard etcetera is high in vitamin C and fiber! (A member of the alfalfa family if I'm not mistaken)
Oh, I thought etcetera is a member of the Miri-Clan.
