“I have to go back for a woman that made a false accusation about me and I have a judge who’s extremely hostile,” he told reporters while playing golf at a resort he owns in Doonbeg, County Clare, on the west coast of Ireland.

Donald Trump will not testify in his own defense in writer E. Jean Carroll's civil defamation and battery case against the former president, Trump's attorney said Tuesday at the end of the day's testimony.
"So Mr. Trump is not going to be coming?" the judge asked. "Correct," Tacopina said.
Tacopina had said at the start of the trial that Trump would make the decision as the trial progressed.
