Lack of physical activity and living on your cell phones is probably the cause. Shit diets, lack of sleep. Excessive stress from sedentary jobs.
You know, one night of bad sleep tanks your natural testosterone production. I think it’s these bad lifestyle factors because they’re so prevalent. That’s why we have 20 and 30 year olds on TRT.

It probably improves completely after a few nights of good sleep. But I bet the effect lingers a few days. Generally if I have a real bad night of sleep, I feel it the day of and then the next day I’m kinda off even if I sleep real well.

I think there must be a lot of reasons and they're all interacting and amplifying the effects of each other. The age of men is over. A few pockets will remain in places like Afghanistan but they will be hunted down.

you have cherry-picked and are applying a single study in a specific geo area generally to the entire population. there are other factors as well across an entire array of causes.

That is not their conclusion but their reason for performing the study. Their conclusion is that, "Our data (A) provide the first experimental evidence that initiation of pill use in women causes changes in facial preferences and (B) documents downstream effects of these changes on real-life partner selection."
