If Duels were legal it would be most ideal, but self defense kill is the only way I'd get respect around these parts, without doing time in county jail.

No, I wouldn’t feel any remorse for the person if they put me in a position where the chances of my survival were compromised. I would just say “good riddance” if the person attempted to murder me.
