Those "Ukrainian retards" are being equipped and trained by the US and other NATO allies and there are thousands of Polish "volunteers" fighting alongside them in Ukraine as well as mercenaries from other countries. This has turned into a NATO proxy war against Russia. No telling how it will end but I seriously believe it's going to get worse before it gets better (if it ever does get better).

There are plenty of other possibilities including one that (hopefully) involves a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine. This will probably mean that Russia gets to keep Crimea, a new referendum will be held in Donbas with international observers, and Ukraine assures Russia that it will never join NATO.
Other possibilities include an armistice a la the Korean War, a long protracted war that lasts for years with no real winner a la Vietnam and Afghanistan, or WWIII, which could turn nuclear very quickly and end civilization and most life on Earth as we know it. -
