Drug addict comes with fights, street life, wrinkly face before 30, no steady life, job, friends or family have shunned you. Often homeless.
Hoarder: your house is filthy and smells has crap all over the place, you can't walk, you sleep on top of dead cats, rat feces, used newspapers, moldy food etc.
In this poll, you may be able to return to normal after 20 years. Which one would you rather endure for 20+yrs?
(I suspect half of you are druggies here, the other half are hoarders, and the third half are both!)

You can be a hoarder and still have things neatly stored. The TV show obviously only shows the severe, tragic cases.

I am sure there is stuff I have not used in years I could get rid of however it is neatly organized like those books or magazines on the shelf.
