I stopped following this **** because it's become an obsession of the left and frankly not much has come of it. I know they recommend Trump be charged, but did they cite any actual proof he knew of the riot ahead of time?

I think those involved in the riot always wanted to riot. Those who didn't, didn't go there from Trump's rally. Those that did were foaming at the mouth for it.
I don't know what Trump knew. I have not seen much evidence he was "in on it", but don't rule it out.
Jan. 6th was nowhere near as bad as 2020. Agreed. -

Ray Epps was there. Pelosi literally denied extra security over and over and over from 3 days before it happened up to while it was happening. Video evidence shows doors being opened, people being let in, escorted around the building, and police high fiving and fist bumping these guys. They then used this as an excuse to silence the president on all social media, shut down a popular up and coming new free speech social media site, and then use it as a way to deter any sort of questioning of elections again. Democrats oppose literally every single security measure for voting, then when wildly irregular and suspicious voting activity happens across the country and goes 100% in favor of Democrats, if you even point that out you're now a "threat to muh democracy."
The people who went in should face punishment, no doubt, but to pretend Democrats had no hand in this is about as silly as being convinced to take a rushed, untested vaccine.
