Looks like the Archbishop of La-De-Da has put one of his cronies up to some devilish cosplay mischief so he can have a little peep show then later he will chastise and punish them harshly with severe whippings so they can atone for their sins while he finally gets his jollies and a boner.

I don't see that at all. More like she's trying to get away from an obvious incoming rape attack or at least play hard to get to further excite the Archbishop and possibly secure a nice bonus for her improvised effort.

My first thought was that it looks like he's going to sexually assault her.
I was joking about the dabbing, but I meant this definition:
Dabbing, or the dab, is a gesture in which a person drops their head into the bent crook of a slanted, upwardly angled arm, while raising the opposite arm out straight in a parallel direction. The move looks similar to someone sneezing into the crook of their elbow.
Emerging out of the Atlanta hip-hop scene, the dab is an expressive sneezing gesture that in some way shows your swagger dominance over all other haters. (Because nothing says “swag” like a sneeze). -
