The current count of 50 seats counts Georgia as it assumes that Georgia will stay blue.
If that changes, if enough of the 2.07% of the independents who voted for Oliver vote Republican then the senate will flip.
Walker and Warnock are only separated by 0.1%. It isnt over yet.

Democrats now hold 50 seats compared to the 49 seats held by Republicans with one seat yet to be decided in Georgia where a runoff election will be held between Republican Herschel Walker and Democratic Sen. Raphael Warnock on December 6th.
They have 50 without Georgia. If they win Georgia it will be 51. There was no red wave. You were wrong. Democrats were right.

Ok, I read the link and will concede the point.
However we will take the House and legislation still has to pass them before it reached the Senate. Then there is Manchin & Sinema, conservatives among the democrats. In other words no more radical progressive bullshit. Stuff like the Inflation Reduction Act, mislabeled progressive climate legislation, will no longer be passed.

There was already no radical progressive legislation passing because of Manchin and Sinema so nothing changes. The most important thing is that with the Senate the Democrats retain the ability to select federal judges. If they get to 51 seats, which they probably will, it will speed up the process.
