Yes! Hold your finger on your screen and a thing should pop up at the bottom. Some are free but some you have to pay.

I did a Satanic theme. I thought it would change the keyboard, but it didn't. I've always just changed my wallpaper/lockscreen and ****. Never thought to change the other shtm ᴳᵒ ᶠᵘᶜᵏ ʸᵒᵘʳˢᵉˡᶠ
