It's an interesting topic because im actually African-wheit-scot. I'm 25% African but due to being so pale I never get taken seriously by my fellow negroid fam.
Thank you for talking to me -

South African, perhaps? Like Charlize Theron…??
All of you who call yourselves Americans, Whites or Blacks or Asians are NOT Americans.
White Americans are all Europeans. When I see the term "Euro-trash" I laugh, because THAT is what those who post that insult are! Again, you can't alter your DNA.
American natives, whether in Canada, Alaska, USA or South/Central America are all the same race, whether they speak Spanish or English.

no, Middle Eastern people and people from North Africa (Maghreb) are not white bc they are simply not granted the same white privileges that the common European has, privileges that hail from Europe's past during colonialism and empirism. the marker of whiteness here is therefore: European culture and national identity. if your heritage is not European, you are not granted white privileges, are forever foreigner or refugee, come from a different cultural sphere, from societies with different norms and values, belong to a different religion (Europe: Christianity vs Middle East/Maghreb: Islam). therefore Middle Eastern people and Maghreb people are called Arabic, not-white, even if their skin is almost as pale as the skin of most Europeans. a majority of East Asian people have a pale skin, too, yet they are not considered to belong to the white race either. i refuse to claim their skin colour is yellow or whatever racist **** whites came up with in the past, just to distinguish themselves from other races. the skin colour of most East Asians (Chinese, Japanese, Koreans) is as pale and white if not whiter than the skin colour of the average European. so, the actual skin colour is not relevant. "white race" means here, Western culture, Christian, white privileges. presumptuous, boastful, self-absorbed assholes.
if you're mixed race then you're mixed race.

What a ridiculous statement!!!!
What I or you give them will never alter their DNA.
Your DNA is your race, that's what 23 & Me tests.
They do not test the privileges you were given!
The answer to the OP's question is: depends.
Are you talking about ANYONE who lives there? Including European natives who moved there and had kids there? Or are you talking about natives?
You will see many Europeans (and descendants) in countries like Lebanon (IIRC). Even if they only speak Arabic, and no European languages, they are still not original natives. They were merely born there. That gives them a piece of paper and a culture and language. It does not alter their DNA.
I don't understand what is so hard to grasp, here!
but I did stop reading your wall of text at my above quote from that, because I see this ignorance all the time.
