Aaaaaw. Yeees.
At first I thought this was someone else when I saw the name (brain hadn't woken up yet) then I listened and was like….DUH! Idiot.
Three-Six baby. I knew I recognized that golden voice. Great tracks. Classic 3-6 style.
I always love how "mean" their tracks/beats sound of that era. I think DJ Paul was their "RZA" in production.
Thanx)

ikr i love how dirty they are. Gangsta Boo is dirty too tho haha and she is so good at it. Enquiring Minds is my fav album from her altho Both Worlds 69 is almost as great. every track is so killer.
feel like Gangsta Boo is one of the most underrated and underappreciated female emcees. Enquiring Minds is a top notch album especially in 1998 and Boo has a unique vocalisation which matches Juicy J's and DJ Paul's sound production perfectly, those hard-hitting beats matched with aggressive in your face rhymes from her… this is the dirty south baby!!!
also **** Warren lol as if he has any creds here lmao
suck it. -

^Agreed
I've actually never heard Enquiring Minds though..I guess until now if those tracks you posted are on it.
Yes there are a lot of underrated/"forgotten" rappers and probably a lot of them were women. Lady of Rage on Snoop Dog's debut sounded great to me but seemed to disappear.
Gangsta Boo definitely has a distinct voice. It has a sound of someone who has been through some true "in real life" sht. People who have been through pain are the best artists.
My fav album of 3-6:
I loved how genuine thug they looked on the cover too.
And I ain't worried about WP. Everyone has their own opinion. Truthfully Cheap Trick is a very talented band and I can dig a couple of their songs but it's just not my can of beer.
P.S.
I don't know if you celebrate Kwanzaa like me but I hope you are having an amazing and safe Kwanzaa celebration booboo.[cuddles<3]

Oh lighten up WP. We don't have to be limited to one type of music. Soph loves all types of genres.
I grew up with this music and respect it for the good times but can also put on some Velvet Underground or Bowie's Diamond Dogs and have a musical orgasm.
Then I'll switch to Korn or Cannibal Corpse.

Saw them twice!
Just the other day I heard of a soldier's falling off
Some Indonesian junk that's going around

So have I.
One of my dream bands that I finally got to see live when I did.
They are exciting!
What do you think those lyrics mean?
What fell off a soldier and what is "Indonesian junk?"
"Please vote to preserve the unique character of Warren…" - Robert Duvall -

Mother told me, yes, she told me
That I'd meet girls like you
She also told me, "Stay away
You'll never know what you'll catch"
The soldier's penis fell off from VD
