There was not much explanation, but online it says actually diabetics should wear a mask in public.

A fast healing, flexible, waterproof bandaid left me with a pink sorta swollen mark that itched, which itched before in a different way, though the cut was mostly healed. The whole cushioned area was pink and a little swollen. I read if you have poor circulation from diabetes not to wear it, but they didn't say why or what would happen if you did wear it as a diabetic with poor circulation. It said if it leave a red or swollen mark not to use it. This was yesterday.
I wonder if I'm even allowed to wear a mask but most likely so.

I think it was too small and mostly healed. I think it might have been a bug but originally. It seemed sensitive there, on my knee against the bone.
