I ordered a new fleece dressing gown from George @ Asda, it was supposed to arrive last Thursday. I have spent a good portion of my Saturday chasing it down with Hermes or should I say Evri but they said I have to contact Asda.

Evri/ Hermes are literally the biggest retards around. I bought some clothes from Asos a few weeks ago. The delivery driver left them on the road, took a picture of them on the road, said he posted them through the letterbox, and actually gave it to a neighbor 5 houses away.
When I contacted asos to chase it up, they said they left it on the road because it wouldn't fit in the letterbox.
The people at the house 5 doors away dropped it off a week later. Smh -
