One of those dependable character dudes who always did rock-solid work. He's excellent in a juicy lead role as a white bigot in Bone, which was one of a few films Duggan acted in for writer/director Larry Cohen.

His rich asshole character in that film is very similar to Donald Trump. Besides being a disgusting racist, he's also cheating on his wife with a much younger woman. Yaphet Kotto is also great in Bone as the titular character.
