Haha I actually went out today just to get noodles because I was craving it. I almost got potato noodles again like a typical european
but finally went for some other new tastes instead.

Never heard of potato noodles…or do you mean Gnocchi?
I know potato rolls, but you've to be careful with those too if someone suffers from celiac (gluten intolerance, a case in our family). So-called potato rolls still contain wheat flour.
The USA will soon no longer have Italian pasta, so ramen must save them.

It's a korean instant noodle soup with potato starch that I get from the Asian store. I think the noodles are better and it's not extremely spicy either.
