Hey, not everybody can always make a great decision. You know, the way this film was pitched probably sounded pretty good, and he was the lead too. I mean, a remake/sequel to Fantastic Voyage, that sounds good to start with! Not ALL of the others involved were bad either. The script might even have been pretty decent, there's a lot of good ideas here. The biggest problem here comes with the terrorist storyline, too much exposition, intermittent pacing, and lack of time spent in the "body". Also, the fact that the body is that of a terrorist doesn't help a lot, but it makes for some intriguing and unexplored ideas, like what if they saved him and cured his cancer, jus so he could go to the firing squad? There's a lot there, just very weak execution, and probably not Lance's fault. Looking forward to AVP, though!

I agree, this take off, make-over of The Fantastic Voyage is
so off the mark, it's laughable.
The dialaog was so phoney, acting sucked and what was
the Bulgarian daughter with the French accent all about?
many loose ends and very poorly done.
Give me the original any old day!

"I dont see any reason that explain why Lance Henriksen is trying to destroy his career taking "projects" like this"

Henriksen is solid as always, but some of the people playing opposite him are pretty weak. The lead terrorist for example was quite awful..
When I'm gone I would like something to be named after me. A psychiatric disorder, for example. -

I would say Lance Henriksen's career is indestructible. He makes ultra-low-budget trash like like out of choice or perhaps lack of choices yet he still delivers memorable performances and somehow comes out ahead. I respect him for it. I respect him for anything.
This is a highly forgettable film, but Mr. Henriksen's presence and the moderately entertaining story was enough to elevate this to 6/10 stars for me.
