The film itself is beyond boring. the 3-D effect washed out all the color as someone had mentioned before. the acting was the most horrid thing about the movie NOT TO MENTION the bad continuity and editing. the only thing that saved this film was the last 10 minutes. The twist I did not pick up on and was completely surprised. It was nothing like the sixth sense. the sixth sense was enjoyable throught the film this movie sucked anal leakage big time but the ending was good and surpising.

So did you work on the movie in some capacity, or are you just a troll?
There are 8.2 billion people in the world. 8.19 billion of them have never heard of and don't give a fuck about Charlie Kirk. Get over it. -

George Nader is very good as an alcoholic reporter who gets the chance at a comeback story of the arrest of a well known criminal, only to discover there is more to the story than meets the eye and he finds himself in a dangerous position. An interesting, fast paced film noir gem. 7/10

Agree. It's a good unheralded film with a strong central performance by George Nader.
His work as a recovering alcoholic reporter in APPOINTMENT WITH A SHADOW reminds us he was more than just beefcake or movie star eye candy; the guy could seriously act. -

It was recommended to me and I picked up the blu ray and I have to say it is very good 'disaster' film.
That they filmed a lot of this on a ship at sea under obviously difficult conditions is impressive to me. The one negative I had about The Poseidon Adventure is they used a model ship during long shots of it at sea and it shows.
A great cast, too. Not usually a fan of Richard Harris but I like him here.
Overall, a terrific film, solid 8/10.
