I've just checked a few different films and the music and sound effects have been removed and the dialogue is much quieter.
Has anyone else noticed this or know what's happened?

      What movies are these?
Many films today have hyped up sound effects, and the focus is shifted off clarity of dialog.

It was every film I tried and I must have tried at least 10 random movies.
It seems to have been sorted now.

So it was a sound system technical issue?

Were you watching streaming films, or on a media device like a blu ray disc player, or in a cinema?
