It's more like, what I expected of DeNiro. I always expect him to deliver an outstanding performance on screen which is normally what DeNiro does.

Cuz I've also seen Bobby and Leo in Killers of the Flower Moon. Leo sucked in it.

Yeah it was good. However, it was a one dimensional performance. This film Leo shows range of a character that evolves and then devolved over a period of time. His methods and sporting seems intuiative and was intelligent.
A role like this couldn't be played by many young actors in Hollywood. Leo was a child prodigy in the profession. A lot of talk about Jodi Foster, but i think Leo ranks higher than Jodi.
